What to Consider When Planning

To facilitate finding the ideal space within the RBC Center, please consider the following information:

• Number of Participants
• Scope of Event
• Budget
• Ideal Time Frame

Due to the nature of arena booking, full arena rentals are the most conducive to reserve months in advance. Private events to be held during holidays and during prime time (5pm-midnight) are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and usually confirmed four - six weeks out from the desired event date.

Full Arena Events

• 17,000 square feet of floor space
• Seating capacities up to 19,500
• Ideal for hosting concerts, conventions and theatrical events
• An intimate “Moonlight Theater” setup has a curtaining system to accommodate 4,000-10,000 guests

Meetings & Special Events

Our staff will assist you with everything from catering services, audio/visual equipment, room set up, themes and any other special request to make your next event a success. We also have access to outside vendors that provide items such as tents, flowers, ice sculptures, and entertainment.

VAB Catering, the exclusive foodservice provider of the RBC Center, provides a turnkey service to assist you in every aspect of planning your private event.

Arena Club

• Ideal for large seminars, meetings, luncheons, banquets, awards ceremonies, networking events, and receptions
• Located on the 2nd Floor of the RBC Center, also called Club Level
• Built in LCD Projectors, Drop Down Screens, Sound System, and Satellite Radio
• Flat Screen Televisions throughout the Room
• Full Service 21 foot Bar with 2 Large, Flat Screen Televisions Inside the Room

Arena Club - West

• 5500 square feet (a portion of the full Arena Club)
• Ideal for medium sized seminars, meetings, luncheons, banquets, awards ceremonies, networking events, and receptions
• Located on the 2nd Floor of the RBC Center, also called Club Level

• Located on the 2nd Floor of the RBC Center, also called Club Level
• Built in LCD Projector, Drop Down Screen, Sound System, and Satellite Radio

  • U-Shape – 40 people
  • Hollow Square – 40 people
  • Classroom – 50 people
  • Banquet – 80 people
  • Theater – 126 people

Ledge Lounge

• 3000 square feet
• Ideal for networking receptions, post meeting receptions, and informal gatherings for groups of 100 guests or larger
• Located on the 2nd Floor of the RBC Center, also called Club Level. This space is adjacent to the Arena Club and it overlooks the Arena Floor.
• Built Sound System and Satellite Radio
• Three Large Flat Screen Televisions
• Limited Seating at High Top Bar Tables
• This area is also typically used for registration when the Arena Club is being used

Media Lounge

• 1600 square feet
• Ideal for small to medium sized seminars, meetings, and luncheons
• Located on the Arena Level of the RBC Center, at Ice/Court Level
• Built in LCD Projector, Drop Down Screen, and Sound System
• Four Flat Screen Televisions throughout the Room
• Room Setup Capacities
  • U-Shape – 30 people
  • Hollow Square – 36 people
  • Classroom – 50 people
  • Banquet – 64 people
  • Theater – 90 people
  • Reception – 100 people
