Tickets purchased less than 10 days prior to an event, or tickets left by a 3rd party, are considered will-call tickets and are left at the Pick-Up Window.
Tickets purchased over the phone can be mailed directly to the purchaser if there is sufficient time before the event for the tickets to safely travel through the postal system. As a general rule, tickets purchased within 10 days of an event are left at the Pick-Up Window. Tickets purchased more than 10 days prior to the event can be mailed via standard U.S. Postal System delivery to the credit card holder’s billing address. Please allow at least 7-10 days for delivery.
For tickets not received in the mail after the standard delivery time, please contact Ticketmaster at 1.800.745.3000, or the local Ticketmaster phone number for tickets purchased by phone or through Ticketmaster.com.
As a security measure, tickets printed for RBC Center events are printed on thermal paper. The writing on the face of tickets is burned onto the ticket surface rather than printed. Tickets stored in cars, especially in glove boxes or on dashboards, or in other places of extreme heat, may turn completely black and become unreadable. This can happen even if they are in an envelope. Should this occur, the Box Office at the RBC Center may not be able to issue relocation passes if the original seats cannot be determined. Tickets should be returned to the point of purchase to determine if they can be replaced.
The ONLY authorized sales agents for RBC Center tickets are the RBC Center Box Office and Ticketmaster.
The ONLY authorized ticket resale service for RBC Center tickets is Ticketmaster’s TicketExchange.
Tickets purchased from any other sources may not be valid. The RBC Center is not able to honor, replace or refund invalid tickets. Invalid tickets must be confiscated by the RBC Center Box Office and a copy of the tickets will be provided at the customer’s request. The copy of the invalid tickets may be used to alert the point of purchase. TicketExchange is the only ticket resale site that is able to authenticate that a RBC Center ticket is valid. Other resellers may offer money-back guarantees, but they are unable to guarantee entry to an event as they are not able to validate that a ticket or seat location is authentic.
Customers with invalid tickets are welcome to purchase additional tickets - seating location and price is based upon availability.
Consumers should report fraudulent ticket sales to the point of purchase and consumer protection agencies.
Tickets may not be sold or resold on RBC Center property except in the designated ticket resale zone located at the south end of the arena across Peter Karmanos Drive - on the sidewalk.
Tickets obtained from sources other than the RBC Center Box Office or Ticketmaster are considered Secondary Tickets - please see NOTICE TO SECONDARY TICKET BUYERS above.
Backstage passes can never be purchased. These passes are supplied by touring personnel only. Backstage passes are very limited and usually only provided by radio stations, fan clubs or artist management. Many radio stations hold contests to win the backstage passes to meet your favorite star. Also, several artists take time after each show they perform to meet the members of their fan clubs. RBC Center personnel cannot give or sell backstage passes to patrons or give out tour personnel information.
In the event a performance is cancelled or rescheduled, information is immediately sent to the local media for distribution and placed on RBCcenter.com.
If an event is cancelled, refunds will be available at the original point of purchase. For example, any tickets purchased at the Box Office at the RBC Center would be refunded at the box office; tickets purchased through a Ticketmaster outlet would be refunded at that specific outlet.
In the event a show must be rescheduled, tickets purchased for the original date will be honored at the new date. In most cases, refunds will also be available at the original point of purchase up until the new event date has passed.
All shows at the RBC Center are Rain or Shine events. Only in extreme inclement weather are shows cancelled or postponed. For questions about an event cancellation due to weather, please call 919.861.2300.
Discounted ticket prices for children are sometimes available for various shows. Age restrictions and the amount of the discount vary by event and are at the discretion of the touring act or event. Children’s discounts are generally not available for sporting events and concerts.
For most events, children 24 months of age and older are required to have a ticket for admission to the RBC Center. Children under the age of 24 months are not required to have a ticket to most events, but they must sit in the lap of a ticket-holding adult.
For information on age restrictions and discounts for specific events, please call the Box Office at the RBC Center at 919.861.2323.
For safety and security reasons, tickets purchased by credit card may only be purchased by the actual credit card holder. The RBC Center and Ticketmaster both use a credit card verification system that will only allow tickets to be printed and mailed to persons whose name, address, and phone number match that supplied by the credit card’s issuing bank.
If tickets are lost, stolen, or not received in the mail, patrons should immediately contact the original point of purchase to inform them of the loss.
For tickets purchased through the Box Office at the RBC Center, please call 919.861.2323.
For tickets purchased through a Ticketmaster outlet, patrons should return to the original outlet where the tickets were purchased. Please also contact Ticketmaster directly at 919.834.4000, or your local Ticketmaster phone number, for tickets purchased through Ticketmaster charge by phone or over the Internet.
Lost tickets are similar to lost cash, and passes will not be issued unless ownership of a seat location can be verified 100%. Issuance of a lost ticket pass is not guaranteed. If a ticket purchase can be confirmed, the Box Office will replace the ticket with a pass that will only be available at the Pick-Up Window on the day of the event to the original purchaser.
There are no refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, tickets may be refunded at the original point of purchase (see above).
