The RBC Center offers a multitude of space for you to host your next event. Whether you are looking to host a smaller event or something of a larger scale, our experienced staff will help you sort out all of the details, providing you with superior service.
WHAT TO CONSIDER WHEN PLANNING
To facilitate finding the ideal space within the RBC Center, please consider the following information:

Due to the nature of arena booking, full arena rentals are the most conducive to reserve months in advance. Private events to be held during holidays and during prime time (5pm-midnight) are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and usually confirmed four - six weeks out from the desired event date.

FULL ARENA EVENTS
The bowl area of the RBC Center boasts 17,000 sq ft of floor space and seating capacities up to 19,500. This space is ideal for hosting events such as trade shows, conventions, concerts, and theatrical events. An intimate theater / half-house set-up, “Moonlight Theater,” with a curtaining system in place is also available to accommodate 4,000-10,000 guests.

MEETINGs & Special events
Our staff will assist you with everything from catering services, audio/visual equipment, room set up, themes and any other special request to make your next event a success. We also have access to outside vendors that provide items such as tents, flowers, ice sculptures, and entertainment.
VAB Catering, the exclusive foodservice provider of the RBC Center, provides a turnkey service to assist you in every aspect of planning your private event.

AVAILABLE SPACES
Based on the size and scope of your event, we will help you determine which space will best suit your needs.
Arena Club Restaurant
Ideal for catered functions, banquets, and corporate meetings, the RBC Center’s Club Restaurant contains 8,500 square feet of gathering space. Partitioning is also available for smaller meeting needs of 3,000 and 5,500 square feet. Upgrades to the Arena Club were made during a renovation in the summer of 2008 to include new wall coverings, new window treatments, new carpet, new lighting with dimming capability, upgraded sound system with an increased amount of speakers, drop down screens for presentations, LCD projectors that hang from the ceiling, and a 21 foot full service bar. Above the new draft beer taps rest two 50 inch flat screen, LCD televisions. Smaller flat screen, LCD televisions have also been placed throughout.
Varsity Club
Located on the Club Level of the RBC Center adjacent to the Arena Club Restaurant, the Varsity Club totals 1,200 square feet and is well suited for small luncheons. The space was also renovated in the summer of 2008 and features many of the same improvements as described above in the Arena Club Restaurant.
Ledge Lounge
Located adjacent to the Arena Club Restaurant on the Club Level, the Ledge Lounge includes 3,000 square feet of entertaining space, directly overlooks the arena bowl, and is ideal for receptions or cocktail parties.
The Ledge Lounge is a great place before, during or after the game or show and includes three 45” flat screen TV’s centered in the middle of the spacious, 140 linear foot, full service bar, while offering a spectacular view of the arena.
Media Lounge
The Media Lounge/Interview Room is 1,600 square feet with an adjacent catering kitchen. It is ideal for small press conferences, meetings, and lectures. The press rooms are located on the service level of the RBC Center, convenient to the public elevators.
Media Workroom
The Press Workroom is a 1,000 square foot room with electrical and phone hookups every 3 feet around the perimeter. It is an ideal space for computer training sessions and small technically-oriented presentations, and is located on the service level of the RBC Center next to the Press Lounge.
The Bud Light Deck
Featuring 2,000 square feet of gathering space located on the North end of the building, The Deck directly overlooks the arena bowl and contains a full service food/beverage station and several televisions positioned throughout.
The Deck provides a unique, casual gathering place. It is perfectly suited for small, informal gatherings, food tasting, product rollouts, or receptions.
Priority Lounges
The 2 Priority Lounges are located on the east and west sides of the building on the main concourse. Overlooking the arena bowl and seating sections, the 4,800 square foot space provides a unique setting for cocktail receptions, pre-game functions, or trade shows.
Club Concourse Balconies
The Club Concourse Balconies are located on the East and West side of the facility. The balconies provide 2,600 square feet for entertaining on the premium level and overlook the Main Concourse entrances.
Outdoor Plazas
The 3 Outdoor Plazas are located on the exterior sides of the RBC Center and are best suited for open air or tented receptions, gatherings, and events.
